Come join us for Wilderness First Aid/CPR and be prepared for the unexpected! This is a fun, hands-on class for anyone who spends time in our forests or on our rivers, or for anyone who wants to be prepared in emergencies where medical care is delayed. This course will provide you with a foundation of first aid knowledge and skills to be able to respond to emergencies and give care in areas and situations that do not  have immediate medical  services  (EMS), such as wilderness areas or remote environments.  You will develop leadership skills, learn to work as a team, and learn  to prevent, plan for and respond to emergencies.  At the end of the course you will be certified in American Red Cross Wilderness and Remote First Aid for two years.
